Back-of-house cleaner — Nicobar

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nicobar, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Full-time with occasional weekends.
