Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nandyal, State of Andhra Pradesh. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Rotating shifts.
