Commis chef wanted in Latur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Latur, State of Maharashtra. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
