Paint booth operator — Navsari

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Navsari, State of Gujarat. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
