Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Punch, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Rotating shifts.
