Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Osmanabad, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You should bring 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding; knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes; able to pass a 3G/4G plate test. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
