Oven operator — Barmer

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Barmer, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
