We are recruiting: we are hiring a car painter in Debagarh, State of Odisha. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code We are looking for good eye for colour matching and blending; skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns; physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods.
