Great opportunity: cement mason (State of Uttarakhand)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cement mason in Garhwal, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
