Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Hanamkonda, State of Telangana. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
