Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Hanamkonda, State of Telangana. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
