Captain waiter — Malerkotla

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Malerkotla, State of Punjab. You will work at a busy restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹22,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
