Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Washim, State of Maharashtra. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends. ₹1,050 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
