Dough maker — Tseminyu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Tseminyu, State of Nagaland. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; able to work early-morning and night shifts. You will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
