Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
