We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
