Shakeout operator — Vizianagaram District

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Vizianagaram District, State of Andhra Pradesh. The role involves: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring We are looking for basic grinding and fettling skills; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₹29,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
