Offshore rigger wanted in Kalimpong

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kalimpong, West Bengal. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₹28,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
