Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off.
