Captain waiter — Vellore

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Vellore, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a coffee shop. Ideally you have smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform; familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
