Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry operative in Ajmer, State of Rajasthan. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding You will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
