Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Zunheboto, State of Nagaland. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet 4+ years on the tools preferred.
