We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Bankura, West Bengal. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideally you have steady hand and good hand-eye coordination; comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces. You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Share your details and we will call you back.
