Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Subarnapur, State of Odisha. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. You should bring willing to work shifts and overtime; aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
