Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹180 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
