The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Ideally you have confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges; comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg.
