Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On a typical shift you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₹28,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
