Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. We are looking for able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown; comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line; knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance. The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Pay around ₹20,000 per month, based on your experience.
