Confectioner wanted in Saraikela

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Saraikela, State of Jharkhand. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should bring knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen.
