Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Dohad, State of Gujarat. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun We are looking for knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₹26,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
