Lift installation engineer • Bandipore, State of Jammu and Kashmir

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Bandipore, State of Jammu and Kashmir. The job is in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Ideally you have comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways; good head for heights for pit and car-top work. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹39,500 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
