Dishwasher — Uttar Kannada

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should bring punctual, reliable and hard-working; keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
