Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Subarnapur, State of Odisha. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideally you have able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; food handler / hygiene certificate.
