What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
