Steward wanted in Surat

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Surat, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should bring good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates.
