Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Uttar Bastar Kanker, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is in a busy laundry. Day-to-day duties: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Give each garment a final press before packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts We are looking for 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory; able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine; a keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases. Part-time with flexible hours. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹17,000 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
