Concrete placer • Ganderbal, State of Jammu and Kashmir

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in Ganderbal, State of Jammu and Kashmir. On the job you will handle: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Ideally you have physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet; hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers; 2+ years on RCC and concreting works. 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
