Scullery hand — West Garo Hills

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 5+ years on the tools preferred.
