Back-of-house cleaner — Srinagar

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Srinagar, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; able to stand on your feet for long shifts; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
