You should bring confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot; strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills. The role involves run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
