The role involves check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware. You should bring good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines; physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
