Gas meter installer — Jaisalmer

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Jaisalmer, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day to day you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. You should bring 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations; valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration; sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
