Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Madhepura, State of Bihar. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₹19,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
