Brick and block layer — Kodarma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Kodarma, State of Jharkhand. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. On the job you will handle: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser We are looking for able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks; own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₹28,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
