Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Chamba, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. On the job you will handle: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes Ideally you have able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown; good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₹23,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
