Pot washer • Chandrapur, State of Maharashtra

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Chandrapur, State of Maharashtra. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should bring careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
