We are looking for good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; strong knife skills and speed on the line. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
