Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Tirupattur district, State of Tamil Nadu. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
