Now hiring: we are hiring a cold room technician in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. We are looking for able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts; able to braze copper and silver-solder joints; valid driving licence for field call-outs. On a typical shift you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; fault-find control boards and defrost timers.
