Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in Srinagar, State of Jammu and Kashmir. The job is at a busy distribution depot. We are looking for willing to take on night and multi-day trips; valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence; clean driving record with no recent endorsements. The role involves: • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards ₹650 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
